



When I posted the WIP shots of the model and discussed the base, I mentioned snow bases… I went in completely the opposite direction and went for something wasteland-esque. Purely because I have done snow/tundra bases before and I wanted to try something new.
I think everything else about the Godtear models was said in the previous post. I rather liked the models for their detail and simplicity. They’re nice large models to paint and have enough to them without having to fill in any big blanks with freehand, but nowhere near as detailed as a lot of the other miniatures I’ve painted. They just make for a nice refreshing change.

That looks fantastic Jenn- the palette you chose for the figure really works well with a wasteland/ arid theme.
